Michał Sobczyński, attorney-at-law, is entered on the list of lawyers of the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University and is a graduate of studies and training courses organised by the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge. He gained experience working in renowned law firms operating for years on the Poznań market. In 2005, he successfully completed training for an attorney-at-law and obtained entry on the list of lawyers of the District Bar Council in Poznań. In the same year, he started his own legal practice. He is a personal legal adviser to Management Board Members and other persons performing managerial positions in large and medium-sized enterprises, both with foreign capital and controlled by Polish entrepreneurs and local governments. He specialises in corporate law, business law contracts, labour law, and economic lawsuits.
In his practice, he deals in particular with optimisation of legal solutions in the field of trade agreements entered into by clients and legal support for human resource departments (HR) of companies. He has extensive experience in the field of transformation of companies (transformations, mergers, divisions), as well as procedures related to the acquisitions of companies. He is also a recognised expert in handling economic lawsuits, including in particular commercial and corporate (intra-company) litigation.
